Good luck from me too, sounds like a great opportunity. I might give it a try myself although I do enjoy going to the market at French's Forest and meeting the people who grow and make things.

You did have me wondering! I really hope you get it. Three days a week is a perfect amount of work I reckon - you get the benefit of work without it taking over your life and you still have time to do the things you enjoy. Fingers crossed for you!
