Ice Cream


Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Ice cream


Baking Sunday didnt happen as it was way too hot to put the oven on, it was baking monday instead. both new recipes, Seville Orange Cake & Mixed Berry Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream.

Ice Cream


1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream

1 tin Condensed Milk {home made}

2 tsp Vanilla

Mix all in a metal bowl & freeze { do not over mix}
mix again when partly frozen & freeze again do this 2 more times.

Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream


1 cup Yogurt {i used Easy-Yo mixed Berry}
1 cup Cream

1 tin Condensed Milk {home made}

2 tsp Vanilla

1 cup of Berries {i had berries left over in the freezer from something else}

i added the Berries in the second mixing


Condensed Milk


1 cup Powdered Milk

1/3 cup Hot Water

2/3 cup Sugar

2 tbls soft butter
blend all until sugar is dissolved { i just used my hand mixer}

Oh yum that icecream looks good.
We have so many mulberries at the moment I have started to freeze them so we don't waste a single one. Mulbery frozen yogurt could be nice... ~Emily
